1. Locate the smugglers' laptop
2. Enter the code to signal Reed
3. Kill Boston Reed
4. Mission Complete
The death of Boston Reed will put an end to smuggling flights in Koani and have major impact on cartel operations across the province. More importantly, it will put an end to Reed's human trafficking network, sparing countless innocent lives.
